Youth are able to volunteer, sometimes assigned, to work either on a computer or something else (depending on the application) in order to help the team progress in multiple application like this website.

On normal circumstances there is quite a bit of work that needs to be done, so it is very unlikely that the youth is left without an engaging activity
Social Activities Throughout the Year
There are three competitions throughout the school year and more potential competitions through the summer where the youth get to meet up with youth from other FTC Teams, work together, and meet new people Â

This entire program is in place to help the youth in their progression to success as a whole

We do our best to allow flexibility to our members especially during the busy school year. While you will only get as much as you put in to the program, we are understanding of schedules and are willing to work with team members.Â
